Satellite data provided by CoastWatch comes in
the form of binary product files. After data selection, you may
download data files for use with one of the CoastWatch software packages, use the web page online
preview, or convert data to other data
CoastWatch satellite data is free and unrestricted.
Can't find what you're looking for? Daily
passes more than a few months old are archived at the
Comprehensive Large Array Stewardship System (CLASS).
In order to access CLASS you will need a
username and password. Please see their site for registration information.

Browse the CoastWatch data archive manually by navigating
through a directory tree of satellite passes. Data are in the new CoastWatch HDF format and are available for most of the traditional coastwatch regions.

Browse and extract oceanic information with a flexible Live Access
Server developed in collaboration with the NOAA Fisheries SWFSC-ERD as a demonstration
project of NOAA OceanWatch. Data includes sea surface temperature, ocean color, ocean surface height and ocean surface wind vectors.
